Actress and singer Nikki Hahn opened up a pre-Halloween night at WFNM's showcase at Hotel Ziggy. The set highlighted her love of scary movies and characters. Her costume for the night was of vampire attire, which included a pearl white necklace. The bottom part of the necklace was drenched in fake blood with red beads running down her chest. Her electric guitarists (who I do believe is her father) was dressed as a lord vampire. Her other band mates were not as into the holiday spirit, but did sport some fake blood on their faces.

The short 5 song set included a The Nightmare Before Christmas cover "Sally's Song." Her final song of the night was the unreleased "Dead Is Better" which is inspired by the Stephen King movie Pet Sematary. She mentioned that she first saw The Nightmare Before Christmas at the age of 2. She also happened to have a lead role in the comedy-horror TV series Hysteria! that aired on Peacock in 2024. Not only is she a fan of Halloween, but I'd assume Christmas, as well. Not only is one of her favorite movies The Nightmare Before Christmas, but her first two released songs in 2020 were Christmas songs: "O Holy Night" and "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas."

The song spotlight goes to her first song of the night, "another 13." It will have you flash backing to 90's alt rock with vocals that easily shift from sugary sultry pop to rocker emotional power. And why not, someone did her wrong. It is a reflection about the 13th day after the end of the relationship.
