Two stories/Two Cop Stops

I'm driving home one night after dropping off a friend.  I'm driving down a road and I see these cop cars blocking the road.  I squint my eyes to see what is happening and I see that they're arresting some folks outside of a house.  The next morning I'm driving to the Farmers Market and see cop cars blocking off Sunset Blvd.  I'm thinking, was there some major disturbance going on?  Nope.  Filming.  Only in LA?  Within 12 hours you run into a cop road block with one being for an arrest and another for filming.
