A Near Run-In with a Car in a Parking Lot

I was walking towards my car when a driver in an SUV started heading towards me. It appeared the driver wasn't even looking for pedestrians though lucky for me she looked in my direction at the last moment and applied the brakes. I noticed a man up ahead, throwing up his hands and shaking his head. As we crossed, he said to me, "She almost ran me over. It didn't even look like she was looking."
