46 Straight Days of Work with Fatigue Days Mixed In

So I was talking to my cousin-in-law. She mentioned that her husband (my cousin) had recently worked 46 straight days. That's right: 46. It is longer than Noah's Flood (40 days and 40 nights, by the way). And she mentioned that they were generous enough to offer two fatigue days every two weeks. Yes, instead of working from 6:30 a.m. till late at night, he instead got to cut back to an 8 hour day for two straight days. Sorry, not exactly something I could handle.
