Personally, I hadn't heard of any of those bands, but I loved them all. Night Dreamers was a stand out. They'd actually done double duty that night having played an opening set at the Wiltern.

The Hi Hat: Night Dreamer with Communicant and Covey
Buzzbands was having their 11th anniversary party at The Hi Hat. I, of course, dropped by to catch some of the bands on the bill: Night Dreamer, Communicant and Covey.
Personally, I hadn't heard of any of those bands, but I loved them all. Night Dreamers was a stand out. They'd actually done double duty that night having played an opening set at the Wiltern.
Communicant had some soothing sounds.
Covey is sonic.
