Some Jerk Leaving Snacks on Sidewalks

Noticed this Oreo Cakesters left on the sidewalk. I picked it up and tossed it. I'm not a perfect citizen; however, because this was the second one I noticed. I noticed another about 100 yards away and didn't want to walk all the way back to the original. After seeing this second one, I figured someone was being a jerk and hoping that some kid would pick it up.
