Interesting new sign in the Glendale neighborhood

So I was walking around the neighborhood and came across this new sign.



Then there was this posted note. I find it slightly hard to read so (note the best photo): Neighborhood Pride. Please Keep This Area Clean.



This strip of land can get a bit messy at times. I wonder if someone is going to start growing something on this strip of land soon.

Of course, part of me wonders if people are dumping or just putting things out for the Thursday bulk garbage pick-up.
